Daily problems of farmers and Easy tip of Ubqari for their solution

Dear My Farmers Brothers Aslamu Alikum!  I am very fond of reading of Monthly Ubqari Magazine, because I am a very successful farmers and spent my life with full happiness. That’s why I like the subject on Farmer in Monthly Ubqari Magazine. Today I want to tell about the reasons of my success to my farmer brothers. Brothers I am a successful farmer. My crops never destroyed till today. Very successful crops prepare with less hard work. Insecticides, floods not damaged my crops at all. If any conditions prevailing that very less damage occur due to these reason. At the time of sale I got high selling prices. Now I want to tell the reason about it. My farmer’s brother did not know that on the cultivation of crops, Usher/Zakat is made compulsory in Islam. Farmer brothers face the heavy loss every year but never think about Ushr/Zakat. Let me tell you about the Usher (Zakat on crops) in this monthly Ubqari Magazine.

Usher is made compulsory on the production of crops from Land. Now on which land how much Usher will be paid is also described here.  Land which is cultivated by rain, canal etc. without price, and 0.10% Usher will be paid on that Land. Land which is cultivating by Tube well, Half Usher i.e. 0.20% will be applicable on that Land.  In Bukhari Sharif, Hazrat Syedana Salam Bin Abdullah (رضی اللہ عنہ) wrote that Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said that Lands which are cultivated through rain water and canals, Usher will be applicable of 10% on these lands. Those Lands which were cultivate through self-water, Half Usher will be paid on it. Now I teach my farmer brothers in simple language. Usha is said as 10% and Half Usher is 5%. The whole wait of crop is divided on 10 means full usher and if it is divided on 20, it means half Usher.

Paid full Usher /Zakat of your crop, then See how the blessing of Allah will be bestowed on you.  All your Worries will be vanished and you will find calm in your life.

Those owner farmers who gave their land on contract to others, then the responsibility of Usher will be on cultivator who cultivates the land. The expenses will be calculated later after paying Usher first. Usher will be applicable on whole crop.  Similarly those farmers who sold their crop after seeing the preparation of fruit and land Usher will be applicable on these farmers. Some farmers might think when they will paid the usher.  The answer is that that when the production of crops receipt. It means that when the crops are ready for sale, Usher will be applicable at that time. Ushar will be paid to those people to whom Zakat is also applicable. The order of Usher is also mentioned in our Holy Book, The Quran. In Quran, Allah Said “Paid their right when land is cultivated”. The person who deliberately delayed Usher will be strictly punish by Allah and His martyrdom is not acceptable. 

Hazrat Syedana Jabbar (رضی اللہ عنہ) said that once a person came from other nationality and asked from Holy Prophet (ﷺ), what you say about a person who paid zakat from his wealth. Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said that, “No doubt Allah restrained him from evil”.

An incident about Usher in the age of Holy Prophet (ﷺ) is described in Bukhari Shareef. Hazrat Abu Huraira رضی اللہ عنہ said that at the time of cultivation of dates, Sadqa Dates were delivered to Holy Prophet (ﷺ) for submission in Bait Ul Mal.  All companions of Holy Prophet submitted the sadqa date to Holy Prophet (ﷺ) and lot of dates were accumulated.  Once a time a Hazrat Imam Hassan and Hussain were playing with these dates and one of these prince put one date in his mouth. Holy Prophet (ﷺ) immediately restrained him to eat this date and said that do you don’t know the family of Holy Prophet (ﷺ) did not eat Sadqa food.

With this Hadith, I hope that my Farmer brothers come to know about the importance of Usher/Zakat who usually said we did not listen about Full Usher or Half Usher on crops before. So my Farmer brothers, please remember who do not paid Usher on their crops became sinful in front of Allah and additionally  faces heavy monetary loss every year. From Now own wards Paid Full Usher amount on your crops and then see……..
