For the pain in belly button: (اِنَّ اللہَ یُمْسِکُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضَ اَنْ تَزُوْلَا وَلَئِنْ زَالَتَآ اِنْ اَمْسَکَہُمَا مِنْ اَحَدٍ مِّنْ بَعْدِہٖ اِنَّہٗ کَانَ حَلِیْمًا غَفُوْرًا ﴿فاطر۴۱﴾) (Fatir: 41). For urinary bladder etc and dryness: Between the prayer and sunnahs of Fajr, you have to recite 41 times surah Fatiha along with meem alhamd of Bismillah-hir-Rahman-nir-Raheem. Recite it, blow it on water and make the patient drink till 40 days. It’s recommended.
For swelling of eyes, redness and pain etc: (فَکَشَفْنَا عَنْکَ غِطَآءَکَ فَبَصَرُکَ الْیَوْمَ حَدِیْدٌ ﴿قٓ۲۲﴾) (Q: 22). After every prayer, recite with 7 times durood sharif in start and end, blow on your both hands and move on your eyes. Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sir Assalam-o-Alikum! It’s the coming of Muharram-ul-Haraam. The few acts of this holy month, which are very matchless, I am giving them to the readers of Ubqari. In month of Muharram-ul-Haraam at the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd date, at night in tahajjud time recite 2 rakat prayers in such a way that in first rakat after surah-e-Fatiha recite surah Ikhlaas 101 times. In second rakat, after alhamd-sharif, recite surah Ikhlaas 99 times. Do one sajdah after after doing salam and in that sajdah recite name “یا اللہ” one thousand times. On who ever patient you will blow, in sha Allah Allah جل جلالہ will grant health. But for sickness and afflications of children, write the great name, Ya Allah with saffron on paper, 11 times and hang in the neck of child and in sugaror sand utensils, to which water is not touched, write 11 times Ya Allah on 11 chits of paper and make it drink till 11 days and for men, do the above mentioned acts after prayer of Ishraaq. Healing with all diseases will be done. More over the disease which is not understood by surgeons, hakeems and doctors so after prayer of maghrib, equal to that patient (meaning according to the number of letters in name of patient) write holy name, Ya Allah, keep under the pillow and sleep. In sha Allah, Jal-e-shana, the condition of act will be known during sleep. After Ishraaq prayer by reciting Ya Allah 1000 times and blowing on eyes, till end of life, the eyesight won’t become less.
