Doing work with interest and involvement creates self-confidence which leads to the completion of the task according to the plan and transmits positive results. In any profession, working without interest and involvement does not produce the results that can be attained by doing the work with devotion. Generating interest and involvement within one’s own self is actually self-confidence. Mostly the people, who have to face failure, do not develop interest in their work and do their work irresponsibly. They do not show concern even when it’s required and realize only when they have to face disappointment and nothing can be done at that time. After facing such failures, instead of changing their behavior and starting to participate with involvement in every task, they continue with the same performance and its consequence is just as it should be!
