Benefit of fasting on Monday and Thursday

Respected Hakim Sahab, Assalamualikum, We are regular reader of Ubqari and regularly come for Dars. My father is a heart patient and have 3 valves blocked. He cannot have bypass surgery according to the doctors. My father fasts every Monday and Thursday due to which Allah is blessing him good health. Thanks to Allah that because of his fasting he does not have any problem۔
