Winter and Children:
It is the season of winter and despite that children are covered with proper dress, they get suffered from flu, cough and other seasonal diseases. It is the problem more persistent in areas of far and outside. You may give some advice that children be safe in the winter as it gets very difficult for the whole home when children get ill. It is the season in which the every person gets diseases such as chest infections, fever, cough and flu. Being children, they are more prone to diseases and in this way proper care should be given to children. The children who are more weak and fragile get fever and diseases more easily. Some children get in to pneumonia in which the respiratory problems get emerged. In this way fever gets on again and again. Due to black cough and measles, the lungs of the children get weak. With the same use of glasses of water, the other children get ill too. Give children nuts, sugar ( gur) and beans instead of toffees and chocolates. Children should be properly covered in winter and do not wash them in the open air or cold water. Some grown child should be given Anjeer and Manqa. This helps in washing tummies. In case of pneumonia, consult with doctor and cover the chest of child and use vix. The mothers who feed their children get ill few time.
Spots of white colour:
I am 14 years old and I have white spots on my face kindly give me some treatment. ( Jannat – Lahore)
You may consult doctor and use calcium rich foods and use the anjeer and kalonji drops after every meal for nine months.
Skin distends:
I have eye bags and my sister is also facing the same problem that is 27 years old. I take full sleep. Doctor said that it is ok and will get normal automatically.
Use the round pieces of cucumber on your eyes and place them on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes and replace it after this. You are using some wrong diet in your routine which is causing this problem.

My skin wrinkles on face are increasing day by day. Kindly give me some cure.

Take the coconut skin and mix it with water and use it to your skin. Use it as a ubtan. For blood pressure consult doctor or Hakeem. Use the vegetables and fruits and do not use dry fruits and fish, eggs in your diet. Use the barley cornflakes in breakfast.
