If someone has a desire which is not being fulfilled, then that person showed bow in sajood after every prayer in mosque, women at home and recite surah Fatiha such that when they reach اِیَّاکَ نَعْبُدُ وَ اِیَّاکَ نَسْتَعِیْنُ recite it 21 times and then complete the rest and then lift your head. Pray for your need, inshaAllah, you shall gain benefit very soon. It is a tested act.
