Spiritual treatment of Leukorrhea!
Leukorrhea is an enemy of a woman’s health. Do this Amal and get benefit from it. I personally give permission to every mother, daughter and sister.
Recite the Ayat given below every morning, afternoon and night 40 times each and blow on water and drink it. If you are unable to recite it 40 times at all three times, recite it 40 times in the morning and drink that water at the three times given above and finish it and take fresh water next day. However, it is more beneficial and effective to recite 40 times at all three times and drink that water. Inshaa Allah you will be cured from leucorrhea due to this spiritual treatment. Following is the Ayat to be recited 40 times:
If a woman has baby girls and wants a baby boy, do this spiritual Amal I give general permission to every mother, sister and daughter for this. Inshaa Allah there will be a baby boy after this Amal.
Ruhani Amal:When the first signs of pregnancy are evident, the husband should do this Amal himself. This is how he will do it. The husband will recite Ya-Mateenu [Arabic Text] and blow on his right INDEX finger, then he will make a complete circle around the umbilicus/belly button of his expecting wife with this right INDEX finger. Make sure not to move his finger away until the whole circle is made. Then he moves his finger away and recites Ya-Mateenu again, blows on his finger like before, and makes another complete circle around her belly button. He should keep doing this and recite Ya-Mateenu 70 times and make 70 circles around the umbilicus. This should be done in one day only and do not do it again. Make sure not to move the finger away until the whole circle is complete and to blow ON the finger after reciting Ya-Mateenu. Inshaa Allah it will be a baby boy.
TO MAKE YOUR VOICE MELODIOUS!
Here is a gift for all Qaris and Naat reciters. Recite any Durood Pak (S.A.W) 121 times and then blow on water and drink this water first thing in the morning before having anything else. Your voice will become melodious.
Note: those who don’t have a strong belief should not perform this. Only those with a strong belief and attachment with Durood Pak should do this.
To get back anything you have lent to someone or given as a loan!
For 11 days, recite Surah Fatiha 41 times daily with the image of the indebted person in mind and then make Dua after it. The indebted person will return the loan or anything back to you.
EYE ACHE!
If there is pain in the eyes of any sort, recite the following 7 times, blow on water and rinse your eyes with this water. InshaAllah there will be relief.
Recite the following 14 times and blow on mustard oil. Warm this oil slightly and apply this oil inside the ear and all around it as well. Then see the magic of the Word Of Allah, the strongest of pains will go away. Blow on the oil after reading this 14 times:
I give permission for this Amal to everyone. For any sort of pain, take an iron nail and recite Bismillah
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ and Surah Fatiha complete once and blow on the iron nail. Then gently touch the nail with the area of pain. If there is tooth or root ache, immediately recite complete Surah Fatiha with Bismillah بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ 7 times and blow on the nail, then touch this nail at the painful area of every teeth or root gently. After that, hammer this nail in any tree. You will see the blessing of Word of Allah that the pain will vanish, never to return again. Remember to recite Bismillah every time with Surah Fatiha.
Treatment of severe headache!
If there is severe headache at any point in the head, make the following talisman with the RIGHT INDEX finger 7 times at that point of headache but make sure not to move your finger away until the talisman is made once completely. First make the talisman once and do not move your finger up from that point until the whole talisman is made. Then raise your finger and begin making it a second time. Following is the talisman which you have to make with your finger at the point of headache:

The one who recites this Ayat after the Tahajjud prayer, the doors of both the wordly and spiritual successes open for him. After Tahajjud prayer, make a habit of reciting this Ayat 221 times and then see how allah blesses you. the ayat is as follows:
If a woman or a man displays vulgarity through actions or words, then recite the following 125 times and blow on something sweet, and make that vulgar person eat this sweet. After a doing this a few times, by the Grace of Allah Almighty, the person will become chaste. The Ayat to be read 125 times is:
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ ہر بار اور شَہِدَ اللہُ اَنَّہٗ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ وَالْمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ وَ اُولُوا الْعِلْمِ قَآئِمًۢا بِالْقِسْطِ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الْعَزِیْزُ الْحَکِیْمُ
آل عمران ۱۸
TO BRING A MAN BACK TO THE RIGHT PATH!
If a man doesn’t treat his wife nicely, teases her unjustly, and does not love her, then the woman should make the following pattern and keep it in the house or keep it with herself. By the Mercy and Grace of Allah Almighty, the husband will become kind and be good to her. The way the following pattern is written, copy it the same way and keep it in the house or with yourself.

If you have given someone a shop or house on rent, and they do not empty it, then make the following table or get it photocopied and write below this table “XYZ daughter/son of XYZ( by writing the name of that person first and then his/her mother’s name) should leave the shop or house”. In shaa Allah that person will leave the shop or house. Following is the table to be made:

Recite Surah Muzammil 21 times every day after Fajr Prayer and after recitation, make Dua that Oh Allah! Because of reciting this Holy Surah, please help me so that XYZ, son/daughter of XYZ empties my shop or house and leaves. InshaAllah in a short time, that person will leave and go. If you do this Amal unjustly, then you will be sinful yourself.
To get rid of children’s disobedience!
If sons and daughters do not obey their parents and disrespect them, then everyone can make this pattern. I give permission. After making it, dissolve it in sweet water and make the children have it thrice. Because of Allah’s Grace, the children will become obedient.

For the Ziyarat of Rasoolullah (S.A.W)!
To have Ziyarat of pur Beloved Prophet S.A.W, you have to recite the following kalimaat with this noble intention in mind 92 times daily for consecutive 21 days without any leave.
Method: Recite 21 times Durood Shareef in the beginning and 21 times in the end of this. In between, recite the following with love and respect. The Kalimaat are as follows:
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
لَا اِلٰہَ کی تسبیح اِلَّا اللہُ کا نور مُحَمَّدٌ رَّسُوْلُ اللہِ کا صبح ظہور
خضر پر خضر۔ خضرپرنور جائیں گے
موکل ساتھ‘ آئیں گے حضور
La Illaha’s tasbeeh, Illalaahu’s Noor, Muhammad ur Rasoolullahi’s emergence in the morning,
Khizar per Khizar. Khizar per Noor jayeinge.
Mokal Saath, Hazoor will come.
Note: continue this without missing a single day for 21 days. InshaaAllah by Allah’s will and Grace, you will have ziyaarat of Ahmed e Mujataba, Muhammad e Mustafa (S.A.W).
For night blindness!
Mix salt in water and pour it in your eyes every night InshaaAllah it will be cured.
Special Wazifa given by Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W)!
This is the Wazifa that Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) gave to her own beloved daughter, the Lady of the Jannat, Hazrat bibi Fatima Tuz Zahra (R.A). Ameerul Momineen Hazrat Ali Murtaza (R.A) says that even he never missed reading this wazifa. Oh those who believe! You too should continue to recite this after every Namaz. SubhanAllah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times, and Allahu Akbar 4 times. Inshaa Allah whatever Dua you make after this, it will be answered.
For the people of the grave!
Whenever you go to the graveyard, recite Tasmiaah once , then Surah Fatiha and three times Surah Ikhlas with Durood shareef in the beginning and the end. Then send the blessings of this to the spirits of all the dwellers of the graveyard! In some books it is written that InshaaAllah Allah will write down good deeds in your book according to the number of people in that graveyard. And did you know that it is the saying of our Prophet Muhammad S.A.W that whoever recites Surah ikhlaas thrice gets the reward of reciting a Quran Pak once? So send blessings on the people of the grave in this way. Allah will give you success. “Do good, and good will be done to you..”
To Hifz Quran e Pak!
If someone has difficulty and is unable to memorize the Holy Quran, he/she should recite Surah fatiha 101 times every night after Isha prayer. By the Grace of Allah Almighty, inshaa Allah he will be able to do it.
