To solve my personal problems I started the spiritual exercise of Ubqari and whenever I do this at my home, I see a dream each time that night that all the dead persons of my own family and from my in-laws too have gathered and the whole house and town is full of people; these people are welcomed by my deceased mother. The deceased pat my head, give me presents and leave while praying for me. Besides this, when I feel physical pain, I practice spiritual gathering and sleep. Then I dream of the deceased who blow on me and pray for me and I become relaxed.
