You may use “Majoon Shifayabi”, “Mazoor Shifa Tonic” and “Satar Shifayein” as per the prescribed dosage. Besides mix following three medicines of Ubqari namely “Thandi Murad”, “Johar Shifaye Madina” and “Rohani Phakki” in a jar. Eat one teaspoon of this mixture with a glass full of water one hour before meal. Take this medicine regularly for one month. By the subtle will of Almighty Allah, your problems will be solved.
I am sharing recipe of a very delicious milkshake to make you healthy. Soak seven dates in a glass of water for overnight. In morning, drink milkshake of those soaked dates.
